The O Twins

Mary-Kate looked fabulous at the Giambattista Valli runway show outside the Eiffel Tower on Thursday. And she was wearing a pair of Chanel sunglasses (I wonder if they're Ashley's, because she wore them at a recent photo-shoot for Marie Claire Magazine).

Sister Ashley then joined Mary-Kate at Paris Fashion Week. Here the two are on Friday, attending the Chanel runway show at the Grand Palais.

And it is being reported that the twins are working on a coffee-table book about fashion, titled "Influence." I can't wait to get my hands on that!

Back To The Small Screen

Paris Hilton has cut a deal to star in another reality show. Why? To find a new BFF.

Now that Nicole Richie has settled down and started a family, P-Hil needs a new partner-in-crime. The premise of the show will be for Paris to share an LA house with a group of girls who will vie to be her new best friend.

Paris told InTouch Weekly that while she’s “excited about finding new girlfriends… her real best friend will always be Nicole.”

Where do I sign up? Paris, call me!!!

We NEED Change!

A 15-year-old boy, Larry, was killed because he asked another boy to be his Valentine. He was killed because he was gay. This is not an issue of religion, it is not an issue of politics, it is an issue of humanity. This should not have happened, and I ask you to please, please, please watch Ellen Degeneres' response to this horrific tragedy. Click HERE.

Love Is In The Air

The theatrical trailer for The Love Guru premiered on Yahoo! today, and I was particularly excited to watch it because Justin Timberlake's in it. The story's about an American named Pitka (Mike Meyers) raised outside of his country by gurus, who returns to the States in order to break into the self-help business. His first challenge is to settle the romantic troubles of a star hockey player whose wife left him for a rival athlete (Justin Timberlake). Jessica Alba also stars.

Now, don't get me wrong, I think the movie looks ridiculous, but you really MUST watch the trailer for yourself to catch a glimpse of JT's character. Words cannot even explain. All I can say is that my jaw hit the floor. Click HERE to see Mr. SexyBack in action!

Yahoo! Is also featuring the recently leaked full-length theatrical trailer for Sex and the City: The Movie!!! And it's great! SATC fans, it'll make you laugh, and it'll make you cry. And I should also point out, for those of you who’re not yet “in the know,” that it's full of spoilers. Click HERE to view!

The Candidate With The Best Moves

Barack Obama was on The Ellen Degeneres Show today. Ellen started the interview by asking, "any new dance moves since I've been with you last?" And Barack said, "I just want to say, that we were kind of in a slump until I was dancing on the show. My poll numbers skyrocketed after that. Everybody saw me bust-a-move on Ellen, and that's all it took." And by the end of the interview, once again, Ellen got him to dance!

Hello Harlow!

Be sure to pick up the new issue of People magazine, on stands Friday, to get your first look at Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's daughter, Harlow. I have to say, she is beautiful! And she looks just like her mommy. In the magazine, Nicole & Joel open about how parenthood has changed their lives. "She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose," says Nicole.

When Ryan Seacrest pointed out that American Idol contestant Robbie Carrico looked like Justin Timberlake, I thought he was crazy. But then it hit me. WOW, he does look like Justin! The blue eyes, the nose, the mouth, the chin. Check out how similar their facial structures are:

No wonder Britney Spears dated both of these boys.

But Justin's not the only one Robbie looks like. Check out his picture next to TRL host Damien Fahey's:

From The Campaign Trail

Last night's democratic debate, in my opinion, only helped escalate Barack Obama's appeal. He maintained his composure, while Hillary Clinton got red-in-the-face several times, she was so flustered. And that's surprising considering she's the one "on the attack" at the moment. Because she's desperate. Now, not only does Barack have an edge over Hillary, polls show he has a far better chance of winning the presidency than John McCain. And I'm thrilled to hear it!

PS: This was the last debate before the primaries in Ohio and Texas that could make or break Hillary’s campaign. If she does not win at least one of these states, she may concede.

On a lighter note, Hillary made an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show on Tuesday and was asked about the big issue that has divided America for too long, "glitter or no glitter?"

Make It Work!

Wednesday is (only) Part 1 of the two-part Project Runway season finale! The contestants will showcase their lines at New York Fashion Week at Bryant Park. And, you can expect to see a very fashionable guest judge.

I was under the impression we would find out the winner tonight, and I'm a little disappointed I'm now going to have to wait until next week! But I can't wait to see what Rami and the fabulous Christian have in store!

Update: Rami, you're IN!

Academy Awards Recap

In the aftermath of the WGA strike, last night's Academy Awards was full of the glitz and glamour we've been craving. Host Jon Stewart kicked off the ceremony by saying, "tonight we look beyond the dark days to focus on happier fare... this year's slate of Oscar-nominated psychopathic killer movies." And those "psychopathic killer movies" sure did slash their way through the competition. No Country For Old Men won four awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, while There Will Be Blood won two. Sunday night also marked Oscar's 80th birthday, and according to Stewart, "makes him now automatically the front-runner for the Republican nomination."

As expected, Daniel Day-Lewis claimed his second Oscar for Best Actor.

And Javier Bardem won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role as, what people are calling, the scariest movie villain ever.

I was so happy for those two! As for the Actress categories, the winners were a big shock! Marion Cotillard beat out Julie Christie for Best Actress, while Tilda Swinton beat double-nominee Cate Blanchett for the Best Supporting prize. Check out press-room photos of the winners below:

Probably one of the most talked about moments of the night happened before the show, on the E! News red carpet, when Gary Busey terrified Jennifer Garner during an interview with Ryan Seacrest. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you have to see it for yourself. Click HERE. And just when you thought the incident couldn’t get any more entertaining, Gary talked to Ryan this morning on his radio show and called him, "an innocent champion of honesty." Whatever that means? Check out the interview HERE.

And speaking of the red carpet, there was even more red than usual this year. Heidi Klum, Katherine Heigl, Anne Hathaway, Miley Cyrus, Hellen Mirren, Julie Christie, and Ruby Dee all wore red dresses! My favorite was Heidi Klum's Haute Couture by John Galliano gown.

My other favorite red carpet dresses were:

One of Broadway's biggest stars, Kristin Chenoweth, wore a beautiful Armani Privé gown, and was my favorite look of the night.

Jennifer Garner looked fabulous in a black Oscar de la Renta.

The coolest girl in the world, Cameron Diaz, wore a pink Dior by John Galliano.

Hilary Swank looked glamorous in Atelier Versace.

Although some people didn't like it, I loved Jessica Alba's purple Marchesa gown. The feathers are so Carrie Bradshaw.

And apparently I have a thing for feathers, because I loved Penelope Cruz, who wore a gown designed by the King of Fashion, Karl Lagerfeld, just for her!

As for the guys, almost all of them went for the old Hollywood look and wore bow ties. Check out George Clooney (making history by bringing girlfriend Sarah Larson) and Johnny Depp with his leading lady, Vanessa Paradis.

However, I think Javier Bardem and Harrison Ford (who brought Calista Flockhart, his girlfriend of seven years) were the best dressed. But I'm biased. I love them!!!

... I'm so sad Oscar night (and awards season) is over. Plus, I did horrible on my scorecard. Oh well, I'm going to start making my predictions for next year and hope that I do better.

And The Oscar Goes To?

There will be blood during tonight's Academy Awards ceremony, as Hollywood is expected to embrace violence and a couple of "old men." And as always, there will be glitz and glamour as the stars shine at the biggest event of the year! I’m so excited, I couldn’t even sleep last night.

I expect my favorite movie of the season, No Country For Old Men, to be the night’s BIG winner by claiming awards for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Supporting Actor.

Another no-brainer is that There Will Be Blood star Daniel Day-Lewis will be walking away with his “billionth” award of the awards season, and the ultimate prize, the Oscar for Best Actor.

I’m pretty positive Julie Christie will win Best Actress, but as to who will win Best Supporting Actress I’m a little uncertain. However, Cate Blanchett, who played Bob Dylan in I’m Not There, is a safe bet.

And of course, there will be at least one heart-wrenching moment, when the Academy pays tribute to those we’ve lost in the last year, among them, Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger.

Overall, I think it will be a good show. I’m particularly excited to see how they introduce the nominees for Best Song. Wouldn’t it be great if Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey took the stage to re-create the musical scenes from Enchanted?!

Brangelina At The Independent Spirit Awards

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, but in this case, it’s worth just one… “Pregnant!” As if we didn’t already know.

A source close to the couple tells People magazine that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are "thrilled to be adding to their brood."

All-American Girl

I had the pleasure of seeing Carrie Underwood in concert this past Friday night, and she was amazing. That girl can sing! And her voice sounds just as good live as it does on her albums, if not better. No wonder she's country music's golden girl. And she's really improved since I last saw her on the American Idols Live tour back in 2005. Everyone who went with me agreed that she’s really learned how to command the stage. Of course, a few Grammy’s, CMT awards, and a couple of CMA’s would do wonders for anyone’s confidence. My favorite part of the show came during the final song, “Before He Cheats”, when Carrie held the microphone out so that the audience could sing the chorus. Obviously everyone knew the lyrics and we sang it so loud, it sounded awesome! Overall, it was a great concert and I can't wait to see her again.

And for some reason, seeing Carrie made me realize how much I miss my favorite American Idol, Kelly Clarkson. She NEEDS to be back in the spotlight! Click HERE to watch her Sleeping Beauty themed music video for "Don't Waste Your Time."

BFF's In Beverly Hills

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith enjoy the First Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon, where Jada was being honored on Thursday.

And, as always, Katie looked stylish in her black and white dress by Alexander McQueen.

Ryan Gets Political

Ryan Phillipe takes a stand for Barack Obama, while ex-wife Reese Witherspoon has previously spoken about her enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton.

Can somebody please tell me where I can buy that t-shirt? I love it!

Live From New York

It's Saturday Night! It's been far too long since we've last seen America's favorite sketch comedy show, and I'm so excited it's back! The last new episode was on November 3rd and featured a cameo by Barack Obama. But a cameo isn't going to save him from the political parodies that are sure to be part of tonight's show. Be sure to tune into NBC tonight!

From Borders To The Big Screen

One of the next book-to-film translations is Jodi Picoult's novel My Sister's Keeper. To my delight, it had been reported that Dakota and Elle Fanning would be starring in the lead roles, but now it looks like Abigail Breslin and Sofia Vassilievao have signed on to play the sisters. The movie will also star Cameron Diaz and Alec Baldwin. Talk about a great cast! I'm really excited for this movie, and if you haven’t yet read the book, please do. My sister encouraged me to read it and I'm so glad she did because it's one of the best books I've read in the last few years, a MUST read!

It's Twins!

Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins, a girl and a boy, early Friday morning in NY! Congratulations to her and Marc! This comes just after reports surfaced that the happy couple will sell their first baby photos to People magazine for somewhere between $4 and $6 million dollars. WOW! Even Shiloh didn’t make that much.

The Jolie-Pitt's Enjoy Winter

How adorable is the above picture of Brad Pitt and 4-year-old son Pax!? The boys hit the slopes at California's Mammoth Mountain ski resort, while Angelina and the girls cheered them on. Maybe Brad's filming Angie at the bottom of the hill?

The Oscars Are Almost Here

The red carpet has been rolled out, and the fan stands have been assembled. John Stewart says he's ready to "provide some laughs." And the studios are out campaigning for the Best Picture prize... Meaning, the 80th Annual Academy Awards are only a few days away! Who will go home with a golden man? Find out February 24th, on ABC, 8PM.

PS: George Clooney recently told Time magazine that he doesn't have a shot at beating out Daniel Day-Lewis for Best Actor at Sunday's Academy Awards. He said, "For me, it's like being Hillary Clinton. If it weren’t for Barack Obama, it would have been a very good year. I thought Daniel Day-Lewis had the best performance of the year."

Betsey Johnson

Who do you think wore this $500 Betsey Johnson coat better? I love Carrie, but my vote's for Lauren. Click HERE to cast your vote at people.com.
