The star-studded concert was taped at Radio City Music Hall on September 5th, and includes performance by Justin Timberlake & Beyoncé, the Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Kid Rock, Duffy, Fergie, L'il Wayne, Keith Urban, Mariah Carey & Rihanna, Chris Cornell, One Republic, Pussycat Dolls, Solange Knowles and Timbaland with special guest Lynyrd Skynyrd. The event is hosted by Denis Leary and proceeds from the event benefit Stand Up To Cancer.
