Election Eve

Well, we've made it. Tonight's the 2008 Presidential Election eve! Can you believe it? It seems like the campaign trail to the White House has lasted a lifetime, and, in a sense, it has.

We're going to make history tomorrow! And, for Barack Obama, it's going to be bittersweet. He lost his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, late Sunday night, and he's going to win the election Tuesday night.

You heard me: he's going to win. Nothing can stand in the way of the power of millions of voices calling for change.

I am thrilled to have the great honor of casting my vote for Barack tomorrow, and I'm excited to join others at the top of the mountain. We are not as divided as our politics suggest. We are one people, we are one nation, and together, we will begin the next great chapter in the American story with three words that will ring from coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - Yes We Can!
