The Beat Goes On

With new opinion polls indicating that 71% of the American public disapprove of how Bush is handling his job as president (making him, statistically, the most unpopular president in U.S. history), the battle for the November nomination wages on. On the biggest single primary day left, Barack Obama took a sweeping victory in North Carolina, beating Hillary Clinton by 14 percentage points and boosting his lead in the delegate race, while Clinton narrowly won Indiana, edging out Obama by 2 percentage points.

The democratic race will continue to West Virginia, Kentucky, and Oregon throughout May. And, I think it's clear by now that nobody can stop the "golden boy."
