Britney Spears made a comeback on TV, in music, and personally. The Dark Knight soared close to the box-office record anchored by Titanic. The Boston Celtics regained their NBA glory. And Saturday Night Live gave the media some of its best coverage, with a little help from Tina Fey.
And, just when we thought Sarah Palin was the worst thing to happen to politics since George W. Bush, we heard about Gov. Rod Blagojevich. Merry Christmas cable and network news!
