Madonna kicked off her world tour at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium in Britain Saturday with a two-hour extravaganza of hits and high fashion showing why she is still the queen of pop despite recently turning 50.

Update: We now have video footage of Brits cameo during "Human Nature." And, this won't come as a shock, but I totally cried at the end of it.
